Abstract Submission
We welcome you to contribute to the most up-to-date research and latest developments from around the world. All abstracts will be reviewed by the Technical Program Committee and accepted abstract will be assigned to the appropriate session based on the author’s application and program requirements.
Submission for Late News is available through February 16, 2024. Authors should submit an abstract (2 pages) for review by February 16, 2024 and submit a single PDF in A4 paper size that must conform to the preparation guideline of 2-page abstracts: Late News is eligible for the Awards selection too.
All abstract of accepted papers will be open to the registrants of IEEE-NEMS 2024 on April 25, 2024. Please note the publication date if you are planning to file a patent application. Please check the abstract template as linked below.
Abstract submission starts early November, 2024.
Notification of Acceptance
All abstracts submitted by January 4, 2024 will be reviewed by the Technical Program Committee according to reviewing procedures. Notification of acceptance will be sent on January 31, 2024, to the author’s email.
The abstracts to be submitted by February 16, 2024 will be reviewed by the same process above and the authors will be notified acceptance on February 23, 2024.

Final Manuscript Preparation and Submission (Optional)
We will utilize the abstract that was submitted for the conference proceedings. However, it is important to note that only the full paper of 4 pages will be sent to IEEE Xplore for publication (optional). In case you wish to expand your abstract into a full paper, kindly adhere to the final submission guidelines and UPLOAD the latest full paper in the submission system before March 4, 2024. The submission system will be open from February 1, 2024.
