The week of May 2 is one of the highest tourist seasons.
It is highly recommended the participants to make hotel reservation in advance by yourself.
Most of the hotels in Kyoto city areas would be convenient to commute to the conference venue, Kyoto University of Advanced Science (KUAS).
If hotels in Kyoto area are not affordable, you can find more options in Osaka and Otsu areas. It is approximately 60 min from Osaka and 40 min from Otsu to the venue.
